| The Gratiot County Fair for Youth fairgrounds is a well maintained fair facility which is the ideal venue for horse and livestock shows, unique company trainings, family gatherings, and camping rallies. The fair sits on 13 acres of land on the south side of Alma, Michigan. |

- Outside Horse Arena with bleacher seating for 1,200 & Announcers Booth
- Covered All Purpose Arena with bleachers
- 92 horse stalls
- Covered Pavilion with Stage & Sound System
- Seasonal Bathhouse & Restrooms
- Various sized exhibit & livestock barns
- Cafeteria Building with seating
- Basement storm shelter
- 2 wash racks
- Conference/classroom with projection system
